(04.54) Keira is powering on into the sunrise to punk and 50s dance music. Polo are bouncing to the tunes and running like Rocky whilst Kelly is banging and Nicky is stiff. The big boss man Mr. Tom Bartley recommends 'We're On The Road To Nowhere' by Talking Heads. Not sure I agree. I personally recommend 'Push It To The Limit' by Paul Engemann - a fine specimen of a tune and truly deserving of anthem status.


Special mention again to Manchester's answer to Alain Ducasse on catering duties. David, you are a culinary don.

One word lads - stiffons? I never knew sponsored walks at 4am could be so arousing. Then again, another anonymous messenger's nipples hurt. Who'd have thunk it?
